We have 3 small pavilions available. They will accommodate up to 40 guests each. Each pavilion includes a charcoal grill, picnic tables, and trash bins.

There is only one large pavilion available. Don't hesitate to book it! The large pavilion will accommodate up to 80 guests. The pavilion includes a charcoal grill, picnic tables, and trash bins.

The clubhouse can accommodate up to 100 guests. You'll have the best of both worlds booking this option. Enjoy being inside the air-conditioned clubhouse or sit on the front porch to enjoy the fresh air and views of the lake. Other amenities include: banquet tables and chairs, bar area, fireplace, full kitchen, and two refrigerators.

Sometimes you need it all! You'll have run of the entire property. Please ask us any questions you might have. We love sharing our property to host all kinds of events.

** The rates above include the first 5 hours – additional hours are $80 per hour.

If you are going to use the properties electric and/or water to run an inflatable we charge $100 per device.

** All prices are subject to change and do not include 7% sales tax.
